She graduated in Italian and French law from the University of Florence and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she obtained a licence and two maîtrises. She holds a PhD in commercial law from the University of Milan and has been a member of the Rome Bar since 2022.
She is the author of a monograph on directors’ liability in relation to sustainability disclosures and of several publications in corporate and commercial law.
Her practice focuses on these areas, particularly on challenges to corporate resolutions, corporate arbitration, liability actions and private international law aspects of corporate law.
She has also gained experience in bulk transfers of receivables and inheritance divisions.
