Founding partner of BSV Studio Legale, established in 2002 together with Prof. Antonio Briguglio and Avv. Alessandra Siracusano, and subsequently strengthened by the arrival of Avv. Roberto Vaccarella in 2006. Together with her partners, she accompanied the evolution of the firm from the sole practice of Prof. Romano Vaccarella (later appointed to the Constitutional Court) towards a team-based model.
Over the course of her career, she has developed significant experience in complex civil litigation, advising companies, corporate groups, private individuals and families.
Her practice focuses primarily on disputes involving corporate insolvency and restructuring proceedings, company law, public and private contracts and procurement before the civil courts, civil liability and product liability, defamation in the press, guarantees and credit instruments, as well as damages claims – including against multinationals – arising from decisions of the Antitrust Authority.
She also handles national arbitration proceedings and civil mediation, both alongside and as an alternative to ordinary court proceedings. She regularly appears before the Court of Cassation in civil matters.
Over the years, she has built longstanding relationships of trust with leading national and international companies, and has assisted numerous families in succession matters, with particular focus on estate divisions, judicial declarations of paternity and petitio hereditatis.
