For over twenty years he has been advising clients in corporate, banking and procurement disputes, as well as in litigation in the energy and telecommunications sectors.

He represents clients before first instance courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court, and has extensive experience in interim proceedings and pre-litigation strategy.

He is frequently involved in domestic arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc, as counsel or arbitrator, as well as in dispute boards. He also advises clients in succession matters and generational transfers.

Since 2018 he has been a lecturer in civil procedure at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
